Richy Neill & The Reinforcements are an original rock band creating unique and infectious rock music from their HQ in Edinburgh

Formed in 2016 the Reinforcements took songs written by Richy for his solo show and transformed them into full on rock tracks, each member injecting new life to the songs with their unique musical abilities adding to the mix.
Within weeks of forming the band began work securing local gigs, planning recordings and set to writing some new original songs.
They continued the hard work as they began and have since recorded and released a live EP, a 2 studio EP’s, a single with video and are working on more.
Over the last couple of years Richy Neill & The Reinforcements have played gigs and festivals across Scotland supporting the likes of Beasto Blanco on one of only two UK tour dates, also Mr Big and Love Hate to name a few, they secured sets at Lindisfarne festival and headlined the main stage at Edinburgh’s Meadows Festival playing to audiences of 4k or more and the last EP launch in their home town was a sell out.
The bands main objective is to entertain and captivate every person who comes to see their live show, to leave the audience wanting more, an objective that the reviewers say they are achieving every time.
Driven by the multi instrumental talent and relentless energy of Richy this creative, forward thinking band will only improve and continue to gain a following as they bring their infectious rock music and brilliant live show to more new audiences all the while continuously striving to make it better.
